12-04-2025 AHA BLS CPR for Health Care Providers and Students 6:00PM-9:00PM -Deadline to register for this class is: 12/03/2025

This is a Basic Life Support healthcare provider course that covers adult, child and infant one and two- man rescue, choking and AED. It also covers pocket mask and bag mask breathing. Bring snacks and drinks if you wish and wear comfortable clothes.

Please park in the lot that has the CPR sign and follow the signs to the location of the class.

You will receive your BLS CPR Provider card upon successful completion of the course before leaving class.

IF YOU ARE A UT TYLER STUDENT, YOU MUST FOLLOW THESE ADDITIONAL STEPS TO BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH UT TYLER CPR CLASS REQUIREMENTS:

• Please purchase the AHA BLS Provider Manual: eBook or physical PRIOR TO ATTENDING THIS CPR CLASS.
• Please use the PayPal option to PRE-PAY for the session in the payment portion of registration. You can use any credit or debit card with PayPal and do not have to have an account to use PayPal.
• You MUST bring proof of purchase showing your name as the purchaser AND a recent purchase date (must have current AHA guidelines) AND that it is the correct manual
• Upon successful completion of the class, and after proof of manual possession is given, you will receive your BLS Healthcare Provider CPR card, valid for 2 years.

Upon successful completion of the AHA Heartcode BLS Online Course AND this CPR class, you will receive your BLS Healthcare Provider CPR card at the end of this class.
