Thank you for choosing Innovative Health Solutions, L.L.C. We understand that scheduling conflicts can arise, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while maintaining the integrity of our training programs.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

Advance Notice (Customer-Initiated Cancellations): A refund (minus applicable processing fees) will be issued if we are notified in writing (via email) that you are unable to attend your scheduled class at least 24 hours in advance of the class start time.

Rescheduling by Us (Company-Initiated Changes): If Innovative Health Solutions, L.L.C. must cancel or reschedule a class and you are unable to attend the new date—or any other available date—we will issue a full refund with no deduction for PayPal or processing fees.
Please note: For customer-initiated cancellations, we process all online payments through PayPal. If a refund is issued under these circumstances, the non-refundable PayPal transaction fee will be deducted from your refund amount. This is a standard policy, as PayPal does not return transaction fees to us. We are unable to waive this fee under any circumstances.
No refunds will be given for no-shows or failure to notify us prior to the class start time.
Missed Classes
If you miss your scheduled class and did not provide advance notice, your payment can be applied to a future class, provided you notify us within 14 days of the original class date. Rescheduled classes must be attended within 90 days of the original date.
Digital Certifications
All certification cards are issued digitally upon successful completion of the course. Once a class has been completed and certification awarded, no refunds or returns will be given under any circumstances.
No Physical Products
Innovative Health Solutions, L.L.C. does not sell or ship any physical products. Therefore, returns related to physical goods do not apply.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet any prerequisites for the course before registering.

Innovative Health Solutions, L.L.C. reserves the right to deny service or certification to anyone who does not fully participate or meet course requirements.

Any refund requests outside of the terms outlined above will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
By registering for a class, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund and Return Policy.
